House was clean, in a very nice area, and had everything you need for your stay. We rode in from out of state for the weekend, 4 bikes out front and didn't feel worried.

Great host and an excellent place to stay! All sleeping rooms are upstairs which was a bit of a challenge since one of our party has limited mobility. Large comfy sectional sofa’s certainly helped.

House was exactly as expected and then some - lots of little extras that made the house feel more welcoming and relaxing. The kitchen was great - my wife loved all the space and appliances! Phenomenal place to host a family!

My family came to visit with us from Southern California and Northern Washington with 4 kids and a baby. The house was perfect for the entire family and we even got to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday in the spacious home and beautiful backyard as well as the fun swing in the front yard. This home is a great place to stay and I highly recommend! Thanks Jarrad for a great stay!

We were in town for the Far Westerns Volleyball Tournament. The location was great! 12 minutes away from the Reno Convention Center but away from the crowds, the neighborhood was quiet and the house is off the main streets. Everything was stocked spacious kitchen, plenty of towels beds were super comfy and the living area was large. We have friends in the area and they came for dinner one night plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely book again.

Jarrad was a fantastic host, very communicative and quick to respond. The place itself was big and very comfortable for all our family who was staying with us. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was great for us, but it was also very convenient to downtown. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were looking for a place with a larger living space and comfortable seating options so that we could relax and enjoy time with family. I messaged Jarrad about the couches prior to visiting, which felt like a silly question, and he immediately replied with pictures that helped me to see just how much space there was. The house is in a nice, quiet residential area with very close access to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was well-equipped for cooking and we absolutely loved that everything in the kitchen was labeled. It was very well organized, with great special touches. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. Each bedroom had plenty of storage space as well. They had provided baskets with toiletries, should you forget something. The bunk room had some toys and there were games downstairs. This was truly a great home for a family. The yard was large, and our small dog loved the extra space. We will happily come again!

Jarrad’s place was perfect for my family! Dog friendly & very spacious! We had a great time. Jarrad was very easy to get a hold of. Hope to stay there again next time!
